Just curious about something. We needed some ad-hoc wifi in a small raked theatre with perhaps 30m through clear air in a straight line-of-sight from the control room (sound and lighting decks) to the stage. An hAP ac2 was losing connections all the time at that distance. An old RB951Ui-2hND was solid. The doco says the 2.4GHz transmit power differs - 30/25/30/23 vs 27/24/27/23. Is that difference enough to explain the dropouts? Why would the newer device have so much less power? Needed to share it with the 5GHz side perhaps? Both are running 7.15.1 BTW.
