Just a follow up on this.
I spoke with Mikrotik. There is no limitation on the type of SFP+ type that is used in CRS + CCR models.
The only thing to be aware of is that on the CCR1072, the SFP+ and M2 slots share the same power rail. So if you want to use all SFP+ ports you may not be able to use the M2 slots at the same time.

I have tested SFP+ ER CWDM modules between a CCR1036 and a CCR1072 with no problems. This was on the bench via an attenuator and I had it running for a week with no major problems.
Maybe I got lucky, if Mikrotik say it is not within design spec I would believe them.
