Yes, we are that too.....that's what's so annoying, we are in full control over every component so we know what has changed and what hasn't, and we track and record every config change on every device on our network so we know if anything has changed, even if it's happened without us doing it. Even removing the DSLAM from the picture though and doing straight PPPOE plugged into the router itself it has the problem, so it's easy to eliminate the DSLAM.
