I raised this with Mikrotik at the MUM. Some of their new LTE gear operates around the 700MHz region (some of the US gear from memory) but none support band 28. I asked them to look into whether any of the radios physically support 700MHz and therefore might be able to add band 28 via a firmware update. Maybe it’s worth posing the question to them again? Cheers, Andrew

Hi Jason,
Unfortunately, none of the LTE devices, which we are currently working through AU compliance certification support Band 28 (700MHz).
Supported bands are as follows; LTE (FDD) bands 1/2/3/7/8/20 (2100/1900/1800/2600/900/800) LTE (TDD) bands 38/40 (2600/2300) 3G bands 1/2/5/8 (2100/1900/800/900) 2G bands 2/3/5/8 (1900/1800/800/900)
I hope that info is somewhat helpful.
Regards,
Alen

I just got the newsletter. Will any of the LTE units Duxtel are certifying support B28 (700MHz)?
