Hi Alex, There is repair option, but requires shipping back to base (Latvia) and return to you again. There is no guarantee that they will be able to repair (though they /usually/ do! :-) Maybe it's a power supply issue? We have spare power supplies in stock - perhaps you can send it to us to try, and then if that doesn't sort it out, we can talk about returning to Latvia to try a repair? Cheers, Mike. Ta, sorry didn't buy from there.
Is there an option for fixing them after 12 months ? I'm guessing not, I original planned to just rebuy the same or better model, but FX changes have made that a bit more expensive !

Hi Alex,
I know the manufacturer's warranty is 12 months, and if not it's close to it. If you purchased it from DuxTel then it will be 12 months from the date the item was shipped, you can check it's status by entering the router's serial number in this form: http://duxtel.com/rma

Hi
I think I have a dead CCR1036, well I have power cycled a few times and it is non responsive, haven't placed a console on it yet. I was going to replace with a new one.
But I got to thinking, a) what's the warranty on these, I had presumed 12 months, pretty sure mine is older than 12 months, checked out the web site and couldn't find any details b) how would one go about fixing one of these, is it worth it for the cost, maybe the new ccr1072's maybe?
A
