Yes - you connect your RB951 via ethernet to a second RB951 (or mAP), Your laptops connect via wifi to the first (your existing RB951), the second RB951 (or mAP) connects via wifi to the hotel. Think of it as an ethernet-connected dongle that (in the case of the mAP) can also power your existing RB951.
