[MT-AU Public] Upgrade from 6.36 to 6.48.6

This is an abuse of the mailing list as I could probably figure this out by dint of diligent Googling, but just in case someone has an easy answer... I have finally got the go-ahead to upgrade two Mikrotik RB951G-2HnD units running 6.36. I want to take them to version 6.48.6 (long-term). Can I do that in one jump? Any gotchas? Regards, K.
