Hi Alex, I know the manufacturer's warranty is 12 months, and if not it's close to it. If you purchased it from DuxTel then it will be 12 months from the date the item was shipped, you can check it's status by entering the router's serial number in this form: http://duxtel.com/rma Regards, Josh Oberin -----Original Message----- From: Public [mailto:public-bounces@talk.mikrotik.com.au] On Behalf Of Alex Samad - Yieldbroker Sent: Monday, September 7, 2015 8:19 AM To: public@talk.mikrotik.com.au Subject: [MT-AU Public] Warranty on CCR's Hi I think I have a dead CCR1036, well I have power cycled a few times and it is non responsive, haven't placed a console on it yet. I was going to replace with a new one. But I got to thinking, a) what's the warranty on these, I had presumed 12 months, pretty sure mine is older than 12 months, checked out the web site and couldn't find any details b) how would one go about fixing one of these, is it worth it for the cost, maybe the new ccr1072's maybe?
