Connecting MikroTik Wireless to a Hotspot
Hi Is there any way to connect a MikroTik Wireless AP in Station Mode to a Hot Spot that normally needs a user to press the OK? I have read http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Connect_to_an_Available_Wireless_Network that lets me connect the MikroTik to the other AP, but not sure if it's possible to get it to accept the agreement acceptance button. Thanks
Hi Paul, Cant you just add the MT IP as an exception and bypass the login totally? regards -Matt On Thu, Sep 4, 2014 at 7:58 PM, Paul Azad <paul@thissolution.com> wrote:

Hi Paul, When it is in station mode, it is technically not a 'AP' ;-) But to your question, the easiest way is to just bridge to a PC or other web client then just click that button! :-D Perhaps you need to provide some additional information to make a specific solution more apparent :-} Cheers! Mike. possible
to get it to accept the agreement acceptance button.

HI Paul, set the hotspot server to allow MAC logins, then add the MAC address of the station as a user in the hotspot, does that achieve what you need to do ? Hi Paul/Mike/Matt Thanks for your quick replies. I don't have access to the Hotspot to manage it, so my only option will be to put a client behind it and press the button (as suggested by Mike). Not sure how well it will work. -----Original Message----- From: Public [mailto:public-bounces@talk.mikrotik.com.au] On Behalf Of Paul Julian Sent: Thursday, 4 September 2014 8:18 PM To: 'MikroTik Australia Public List' Subject: Re: [MT-AU Public] Connecting MikroTik Wireless to a Hotspot HI Paul, set the hotspot server to allow MAC logins, then add the MAC address of the station as a user in the hotspot, does that achieve what you need to do ? Hi Paul, Can you login by fetching the appropriate url (eg http://login.blah.com?User=me&password=stool&accept=Yes) with a script? See http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Tools/Fetch May not work if the form needs POST, but worth a try. -----Original Message----- From: Public [mailto:public-bounces@talk.mikrotik.com.au] On Behalf Of Paul Azad Sent: Thursday, 4 September 2014 7:51 PM To: MikroTik Australia Public List Subject: Re: [MT-AU Public] Connecting MikroTik Wireless to a Hotspot Hi Paul/Mike/Matt Thanks for your quick replies.
