I just realised (duh - probably should have noticed aged ago) that CCR Tilera models have 9 cores, 16 cores, 36 cores... All square numbers. Which I suppose has something to do with the way the buses are hooked up.... So assuming 72 core version is just 2 36 core CPUs,... Why don't we have a 25 core CCR? Cheers! Mike.
Mike, I have some stuff that needs doing if you have the spare time, clearly you do ;-) Interesting facts though, I wonder why the 25 cores has been left out, maybe it was just as cheap to go to 36 ? You got some feedback about your DRIP? When did you submit it? I sent one off almost 2 weeks ago and haven't even received any acknowledgement that they received it! :-l Cheers!

Ha, I haven't even finished it yet, actually I haven't started it, just getting all the info together before I put it all in the template, there are a lot of areas which still have questions for us like VOIP and stuff, they want source and destination IP's for a VOIP call as well as numbers, it's not easy to get that in logging and track calls forwarded and stuff, I think my exemption list will be long :-) Regards Paul -----Original Message----- From: Public [mailto:public-bounces@talk.mikrotik.com.au] On Behalf Of Mike Everest Sent: Friday, 7 August 2015 3:30 PM To: 'MikroTik Australia Public List' Subject: Re: [MT-AU Public] friday arvo food-for-thought...
