CRS317-1G-16S+RM stock testing results :)
Good afternoon Public mail list subscribers :) I hope everyone is well, I am just sending out an email to update everyone on the issue that a small batch of the CRS317-1G-16S+ where having with links set to/negotiated at 10Gbps that Shane brought up on the 17th of August. Since this was brought up Duxtel has been in contact with Mikrotik and removed these products from the Duxtel online shop to prevent anyone else having the same issues just until we were able to test if the units we currently have in stock experience the same issue. We are happy to announce that the units we have in stock have not shown any signs of the issue and should be available to purchase again :) Moving forward we plan to test each of these devices once we receive them from Mikrotik until we can confirm that this manufacturing error is no longer an issue, if you do have a unit that has been effected by this we would recommend upgrading to router OS 6.46beta40+(just for troubleshooting) as Mikrotik has indicated that there should be a fix for this issue in it as well as netinstalling the device. If these troubleshooting steps do not work please open up a RMA case with the distributor you brought the device of. Regards Aidan Goggin :)
